Looking for an emotionally and financially stable FEMALE or GAY-MALE roomate (non-smoker, no pets) with an ability to be an independent person with a sense of humor and tolerance of other cultures and languages, who can respect privacy and keep common areas clean. I prefer graduate students, or young professionals, but flexible. If you are a musician, you must have an alternative location to practice music or adhere to strict practicing schedule to be determined (mornings, afternoons, etc.).
